Synopsis:

 

Natalie is preparing for her debut as Mimi in La Bohème in New York when she receives an email that changes everything. Meanwhile, her best friend's grandfather is sick in the hospital, and she must choose what matters most in her career.

Perspective was workshopped through the University of Colorado Boulder's New Opera Workshop under the guidance of Leigh Holman, Bud Coleman, Jake Heggie, and Gene Scheer.
